Webotapp provides digital growth solutions, including website development, ecommerce platforms, WhatsApp automation, and AI-powered CRM systems. Specific deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual project proposals.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms are as specified in your chosen package or proposal. For our ₹499 consultation booking, the amount is 100% refundable if we determine that our services are not a fit for your requirements after the initial consultation.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for website development services, you own the content and design of your website. Webotapp retains ownership of any proprietary software, AI models, or frameworks used to deliver the service.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our WhatsApp Automation and CRM tools in compliance with all applicable laws and Meta's Business API policies. Spamming or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate service termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

Webotapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
