Refund Eligibility
At Webotapp, we strive for excellence in every project. Our refund policy is straightforward:
No refunds are issued after an order has been confirmed and finalized by the client.
1. Project Confirmation
Once a project scope is agreed upon and the client provides confirmation to proceed, our team immediately allocates resources, licenses, and infrastructure. Because of these upfront commitments, we cannot offer refunds once the work has been authorized.
2. Service Continuity
For subscription-based services like Cloud Hosting or AI CRM maintenance, cancellations apply to the next billing cycle. Current active cycles are non-refundable.
